DiSC

The ability to successfully lead and function within diverse workplace settings relies heavily on self-awareness. Unfortunately most people are not aware of the impact they have on others in the workplace. For instance, are most conflicts due to personal disagreements or style differences? If you guessed style differences, you are correct. Our DiSC program will teach you the different behavioral style combinations, give you a more in-depth understanding of your own style as well as others styles, help demystify "questionable" team-member behavior, and coach you on strategies to recognize style first in order to strengthen relationships and communication, and eliminate unnecessary conflicts.
