Freedom is a loose term. And it can mean different things to different people. The important thing is to make sure that however you are defining it, in whatever area of your life, you’re defining it based on what is important to you. You have to ask yourself the questions: What exactly does it mean to define freedom for yourself?

If you blindly allow others to tell you how to live your life, even if they have your best interest at heart, you are – for all intents and purposes – just subscribing to yet another script. You have to be careful how closely you follow someone else’s suggestions – to be an entrepreneur, to follow a certain type of diet, or to conduct your relationships a certain way. In the latest episode of the “Write Your Own Script” podcast, titled ‘How to Define Your Own Freedom, Part 2′, Coach Kathy talks about the ins and outs of what it means to define your own freedom, and how to determine if you are free or not in certain areas of your life. Most importantly, though, Coach Kathy will walk you through the the three steps to define your own freedom. And also what it costs you to continue to talk about pursuing a life that you actually take no action toward. As the year winds to a close, this is great time to start thinking about whether you are going into 2019 inside or outside of the script.
